Project SharePoint

Challenge​

A SharePoint platform had to be created for a department from the sportswear division for the execution of the projects and for the collaboration with other departments. The prerequisite for the project editing is an integration of MS Project into SharePoint. The projects should simultaneously be maintained in both systems and synchronized accordingly.

Our approach

  • Preparation, execution and post-processing of workshops to collect requirements
  • Analysis of the requirements and conception of a project and collaboration platform in SharePoint 2010
  • Implementation of an individualized navigation and the corresponding pages
  • Implementation of the project element including visualization of phases and milestones
  • Integration of MS Project into the project element
  • Preparation and execution of the user training

Result

The employees of the department exchange information on the platform. Topics of corporate interest are provided in Wiki-Pages. Projects are edited in SharePoint respectively in MS Project and synchronized into the other system.
